We’re committed to building a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace that empowers those not often seen or heard. But, creating stronger futures means going beyond words. One way we do that? Working to achieve these five key milestones by the end of FY2025.

With over 3,600 members, our ten employee-led resource groups are powerful spaces for our teammates to come together, share experiences and voice their ideas — and be heard. Resource groups have an open line to our leaders, playing an active role in advocating and proposing tangible changes at our firm.
