Throughout my life, I’ve often felt boxed in. Managing ADHD and dyslexia in school made me feel like my way of learning wasn’t the right way. As one of the only Latina members of my team in a previous role at another company, I felt confined by my colleagues’ expectations of who I was supposed to be. But at Grant Thornton, I found a culture that genuinely values me for who I am — and where I can create a narrative that’s all my own.

My Hogwarts house is...
Hufflepuff — I’m a huge Harry Potter fan (my favorite is “Prisoner of Azkaban”). My love for reading grew after college and now I love how books introduce you to other people's life stories.
In my free time...
you can find me cross-stitching mini artwork, trying a new recipe or hiking with my husband and daughter.
I’ve visited...
eight national parks and counting. My husband and I aim to visit one every year. Next up: Everglades National Park!
I bring my own self...
to work by incorporating my culture into my work life. For example, for Día de los Muertos, I decorate my home office, and it's often a topic of conversation with colleagues.
