Lisa Heacock leads Grant Thornton’s teams in Seattle and Portland, ensuring the firm’s clients receive high-quality service across all service lines and industries in both markets. She has over 25 years of experience, including work as an Audit leader and Advisory professional in industries like financial services. Her keen eye for strategy and her people-focused leadership help fuel growth for Grant Thornton’s clients while helping her colleagues advance successful, rewarding careers.

Prior to her role as market managing partner, Lisa served Grant Thornton as a partner and leader of the firm’s Finance Transformation practice in the firm’s West Region. She has also served in leadership roles for Deloitte, EY, the business consulting firm RGP and several other organizations.

In addition to her expansive accounting skills, Lisa has a wealth of experience in management consulting, business development and the advising of mergers and acquisitions. Further, her experience spans a wide variety of industries, including entertainment, technology, healthcare, hospitality and manufacturing, among many others.

She received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on accounting and finance from The University of Washington, and she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
