Greg Ross

Executive summary

Greg Ross is the Head of the Construction & Real Estate industry and an Audit Partner based in the Charlotte office. In his leadership role, he oversees the growth and operations of the firm’s Construction & Real Estate industry practice, which encompasses a full range of audit, tax, and advisory services. Greg has more than 25 years of experience advising an array of public and private companies with S-11 filings, private placement offerings, fair value funds and other capital-raising transactions.

Ross has significant experience in providing accounting, auditing and consulting services within these industry groups. He has assisted clients with real estate transactions, cost allocation models, equity structuring activities, internal control evaluations and variable interest entities consolidation issues. He also assists many clients with new accounting implementation and financial reporting preparation. His experience also includes public/private REITs, real estate investment companies, construction general contractors, and other types of public and private companies. He has been the lead partner on IPOs, due diligence opportunities and sale transactions. Ross has also provided consulting and auditing services with regard to internal control over financial reporting as required by Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
