Jessica Estrada

Executive summary

As a market managing principal, Jessica drives growth and leads the firm’s strategy execution in the Phoenix market. She also ensures all her team’s clients receive distinctive, personalized services, and her long track record of client service has helped her become an exemplary leader and influential mentor for her colleagues.

Jessica joined the firm in 2008 and relocated to Phoenix three years later. In the years since, she has taken on a progressive of key audit roles. Her knowledge of technical accounting matters, internal controls and SEC reporting requirements have brought tremendous value to many publicly traded companies, and she has developed a particular specialty for serving clients in the transportation, distribution, manufacturing and services industries. Jessica also has extensive experience working with Grant Thornton International Ltd teams around the world, having served several multinational clients.

Outside of work, Jessica is heavily involved in the Phoenix nonprofit community. She is the co-chair of the Phoenix chapter for 50/50 Women on Boards ― the leading global nonprofit advancing gender balance and diversity on corporate boards. She leads numerous fundraising efforts for the organization, and she helps lead events that elevate women leaders and introduce more women to corporate board directors.

She is also a member of the board of directors for the Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, a nonprofit organization that equips women with education opportunities and valuable career skills while providing services like social work, family law support and mentorship.

• Jessica received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Augustana College in Illinois and a master’s degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University.
