Best practices for mitigating and resolving M&A disputes

Event Description

During this webcast, our presenters will review the key highlights and findings from Grant Thornton's 2023 M&A Dispute research survey. The 2023 survey reflects the views of 150 active deal participants on both buy-side and sell-side of transactions, who worked on over 3,500 deals. The survey covers what causes disputes, best-practices for minimizing dispute risk, resolution processes and mechanisms, and arbitration or mediation procedures for when conflicts arise.

This webcast will focus on what experienced deal makers and advisors cited as the most common causes for disputes and Grant Thornton's best practices on how to mitigate them.

Our presenters bring their experiences from advising on hundreds of deals pre-signing and resolving over a hundred post-closing disputes.
